You have a place of safety, free from all the strife and the stirred-up storms of everyday life. Strong, secure, set apart—in the shelter of His arms, in the depths of His heart, peace and protection await.
 
He is your defense, your fortress, and your shield. When you run to Him you will never be turned back or turned away. Don’t delay—no matter what would want to hold you back or hem you in—His mercy will lead the way. His steadfast love and strong embrace waiting to welcome you in.
 
Hide your life in the One Who loves you so; Who fights for you; protects and defends; and keeps you always in His care. Run to Him, dear heart. His nurturing love is waiting for you there!

Prayer:

I thank You today Father, for Your loyal love. For Your tender mercy, expressed fully through Christ, that picks me up when I am down, finds me in all the places I am lost, and puts my feet back on the path of peace today.
 
I hide myself in You gracious God. In Your goodness and Your grace unending. I have everything and everyone, too!
 
Oh, Glorious God, I put my faith and my trust in You. Flood into my life now, in Your life-giving ways, ransom, heal, restore, deliver, and make all things new.

Make it all reflect and look like You!
