But I’ll take the hand of those who don’t know the way, who can’t see where they’re going.  I’ll be a personal guide to them, directing them through unknown country. I’ll be right there to show them what roads to take, make sure they don’t fall into the ditch. These are the things I’ll be doing for them—sticking with them, not leaving them for a minute”. Isaiah 42:15-16 ( MSG)

Tangled-up circumstance and situations, and a fair amount of troubled times, can find their way to us, as we travel this road of life—most especially when we don’t know where we are going and we don’t know the way.
 
However, as recorded in these beautiful words above, the reality is that we can experience life in abundance with our Beloved Jesus, Who Himself is the Way, the Truth, and the Life! He is intimately acquainted with everything about us, knows  the mistakes and the misses, and has come to walk with us to show us a better way! He knows the fullness of life as God intended for it to be and He alone can bring it to pass.

No matter the messes or the missteps—God’s miracles in our midst can get us back on track and help us to regain the ground that has been lost. Help is at the ready, dear heart, each and every day—only one prayer, one heartbeat away! 

God Himself has promised to be your Guide, not just telling you which direction to go, but walking the road with you. What glorious news this is, beloved! He has mapped out a path; filled it with good things; gone ahead of you to prepare the way; and then came back to walk with you, step by joy-filled step!

Joy of His heart, you were never meant to journey alone. No wonder the ditches and disasters were there. You just didn’t know where you were going, walking at times in the limited light you had—but now, redeemed one—Jesus is the Light and the Way! It all gets better from here.

Put your hand in His and remember—you are not alone. The One Who formed you in His heart of love, knows exactly what to do. Love leads. One step at a time; all of the time. 

Lean in, cherished child. I promise you—love will always see you through. 

Prayer:

So many days, Lord, I feel I have walked alone. And I confess, on those lonely roads, I have made some mistakes—many mistakes—that took me away from Your best, instead of towards it.
 
I thank You today, for Your extravagant grace that would take my hand, even now, and lead me in the paths You have prepared—the paths of light, life, and truth.

I receive that today, Abba Father, and I thank You, with all of my heart, that it could be so.

With joyful expectation, and to the only true and living God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I pray.
