“Don’t ever say, “I’m going to get even with them if it’s the last thing I do!” Wrap God’s   grace  around your heart and he will be the one to vindicate you.” Proverbs 20:22 (TPT)
It is pretty much impossible to go through life without being hurt or offended, lied to or about, misused, or misunderstood.  The temptation, and it is a strong one, is to take matters in your own hands to get justice, to speak your truth, and try to make it right.

However a far better way is to give the pain, the wounding, the feelings of betrayal, to God Himself, for He understands as no one else could, then watch Him do what only He can do.

In your hands, limited results may be possible, and revenge extracted only feels good for a moment, if that!  However, in His loving care your own heart is protected and healed, and the whole situation will be taken care of in ways you could not possibly have known to do.

We see in part but He knows the whole picture.  Find your place of grace in the safety of His heart.  Rest in the fact that He knows what is truth, and let that truth set you free. He will take of it for you dear heart, better than you can imagine, and He will take care of you!
