“But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name.” John 1:12  (AMPC)
Jesus as the firstborn Son of the Living God, opened wide the door of salvation and invited us all to become sons and daughters to His Heavenly Father, so that just as He is, we may be also.  He then said, “Everything the Father has given to Me, I give to you.”

You have all the privileges of a Child of God, the rights to a rich inheritance as is found in Christ, the full measure of His goodness towards you, along with His abundant provision and extravagant grace.  That is what good Father’s do—always caring, always loving, always providing for you.

Don’t let an earthy experience of a father or family that may not have reflected God’s true heart and intentions, rob you of the good gifts that flow down from His heart of love.  Only ask beloved one—trust and rely on Him in every way. God is Father over all; a good and loving Father, constant and unchanging, overflowing with kindness and care, to deeply loved and cherished, you!
