But, on the contrary, as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed]”. 1 Corinthians 2:9 (AMPC)
Simply choosing to believe in God’s love and goodness and receiving the blessings and the promises He has for you, is like switching on a lamp in an otherwise dark room, and seeing things in a whole new light. It is like turning the key in your car and engaging the power that is already there—fully available to you.
Now you can go where you never dreamed of going before; see and experience things you never knew existed. When you recognize, and come into agreement and alignment with what God is doing—the possibilities are limitless!
Welcome, give thanks, and rejoice in the fullness of His desires towards you, for His heart is overflowing with kindness, compassion and upmost care. Benefits are planned, cherished one—benefits too wonderful to fully comprehend!
Rely on His great Name; accept His great love. It’s yours—all yours! Simply take Him at His word; open your heart; and receive!
Father even though I can’t fully see what You are doing or understand the fullness of all that You have promised, I know that You cannot lie, and You only have my very best interests at heart. Not because of me, O Lord, but because that is Who You are!
You are good, and You are kind, and Your heart is set towards me in the most extraordinary ways. These things are often so difficult to comprehend Lord, especially when life in this broken world, has broken us too.
But You said it Lord, that You have prepared and made ready good things for me, and because You said it, I believe. Because I trust You Lord, with a grateful heart, I receive.
All glory to Your Holy Name, Lord. All glory belongs to You!
