Do you ever have those days where you question God’s greater purpose in your life? Or wonder if you are actually accomplishing anything worthwhile, or simply wandering aimlessly about? Maybe you doubt if all of your best efforts and attempts are really making a difference or if they matter at all. And then, in the midst of all the wondering, and all the places your mind may be wandering, this marvellously majestic God Who created you—created you in beauty and love, with passion and purpose—sends a very hearty “Yes!” resounding back to you!

Yes, you are making a difference. Yes, your life matters. Yes, every day has meaning and value in it for you, and yes, you bring meaning and value to each day because you are here—in this exact moment of time—living in the moments He has planned for you! You are here on assignment from heaven. Steps ordered by the God of all creation—being drawn daily towards the fulfillment of God’s divine intent for you. 

Hope, beloved one, in Who He is, for He indeed has a plan. And as you journey with Him, joined together in unity of heart and purpose, Holy Spirit will bring that plan to pass.

Put your hand in His and He will lead you on. Your future is glorious and bright—filled with good things, wrapped in light. Because He loves you, dear heart. Because He loves you so!

Prayer:

Father, I thank You for this gift of life. There are days when it doesn’t always feel like a gift, and days where there does not seem to be much life either—but I know that in spite of how I feel, everything you promised, everything you have spoken, is real.

I choose today, Holy Spirit, to entrust the gift of my life, broken and bruised pieces and bits, and all, into Your strong, capable, and loving hands.

Please open my eyes to see what You are doing; my ears to hear what You are saying. My heart to receive what You are releasing. I trust You.

With trembling knees at times, and uncertainties all around, I take this mustard seed grain of faith that You have given me, knowing that that it is all I need, and I believe!

Come, Lord Jesus, and do in and through my life, what only You can do. Let it be all for my good, and bring great joy and glory to You!
