“Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love.” Ephesians 1:4 (AMPC)
Everyone wants to be chosen—as a friend, for a team, or to be someone special, someone’s special, but it doesn’t always happen that way—or happen in the way we hope it will. But here again is the good news of our Most Glorious God.  You were never left alone, or left for last.  You were handpicked—His first choice, His only choice for you being the wonderful you that you are!

He didn’t wait until the last minute, instead He chose you before the foundations of the world, and waited all this time for you to come into the world at this exact moment in time. And you are here precious one, with all of creation rejoicing, and you belong!

Celebrate dear heart, for all the leaving or being left out in the world cannot change this truth.  You are His, joined to Him forever, and oh beloved, you are loved!
