“But You know all about it—the contempt, the abuse. I dare to believe that the luckless will get lucky someday in You. You won’t let them down: orphans won’t be orphans forever”. Psalm 10:14 (MSG)

A thousand messages may play in our heads night and day, clanging symbols that declare—you don’t matter—you don’t belong. However, there is one voice louder than them all, a voice that says, “Stay close. You belong to Me. Now and forever it will be.” 

Being loved by the God of Creation changes everything, for no amount of noise in all the world can drown out the sound of His voice nor diminish the power of His love—love that never gives up, gives in, looses heart, or lets go. 

You may feel forgotten by others, but God Himself will never forget you. He has carved your name on the palm of His hand and you, and all things concerning you, are ever before Him. You may feel shut out or rejected, but His wide-open arms of acceptance are waiting even now. Being empty with nothing to give, is the exact place He will meet you so He can pour the very essence of all He is into all the places so in need of being filled.

You can dwell daily in the richness of eternity, made manifest here on earth, through the Father, Son, and Precious Holy Spirit. Your destiny is in God’s hands, as are you; your future secured along pleasant paths.

A Father’s help is your inheritance and your daily bread. His acceptance is unwavering; His love unconditional. He is completely committed and forever devoted to you. He won’t let you down, chosen and cherished child of the Most High God, and He will never let you go! He is your True help and your glory song. Let’s these words ring in your heart forever…worthy of love, accepted in the Beloved…you belong!

Prayer:

Oh, Lord, my God, dearest Father and faithful Friend, You alone know the places in my heart where faith is wavering, where hope is lost. You alone know the depth of pain—spirit, soul, and body. You understand the limits and the lack, and yet You are greater than it all.

You show up, Lord, in our lives, driving out the despair and darkness, and placing me in the centre of Your redeeming love; Your life-renewing light.

Praise You, Heavenly Father, that my name is carved in the palm of Your hand. My heart is humbled to think that it could be so. Come today, Lord as never before. Breathe new life into my spirit; bring deep healing to my soul; restore my body by Your eternal grace, so I may glorify Your Holy Name.

Let my life be a reflection of Your redeeming love and a shining example of Your amazing grace! By the power of the Precious Holy Spirit, and in the Holy Name of Jesus, I pray. ​
