I am your only God, the living God. Wasn’t I the one who broke the strongholds over you and raised you up out of bondage? Open your mouth with a mighty decree; I will fulfill it now, you’ll see! The words that you speak, so shall it be”! Psalm 81:10 (TPT)

There is a good and grace-filled stronghold that we all want to have in our lives and that is the place of safety tucked up in the Father’s arms, held securely in His wrap-around presence, surrounded by His love. And then there are the strongholds of the enemy—places he tries to hem us in or hold us back, through our own thoughts and beliefs, or through the thoughts, beliefs, and actions of others.

No matter what situation you find yourself in today—wrong beliefs internally, demanding expectations externally—the one and only true and living God has come to rescue you from it all and set you gloriously free!

He will give you words of life to comfort and care for your own heart first, releasing His freedom-filled declarations over you, stronger and more powerful than any chains of captivity could ever be. They will be words of healing and hope, and all you have to do is follow Him as He gently leads, telling you simply, “Repeat after Me.” He will deliver you from all the places of brokenness and bondage that He did not design for you to dwell.

Open your mouth wide, beloved, and your heart, too. Let the very substance of Who He is pour into all the places of longing within. There is no lack in the heart of God. He has, and is, the answer for all you need. God Himself has come to rescue you, to save you from all the stresses and strife, the lack and the loss, and bring you fully into a new and glorious life!

Cherished one, let the seasons of joy begin—God, your God, is in your midst, and with the greatness of His loyal love, He is mighty to save!

Prayer:

Dearest Father and Lord, You are the only true and living God. I thank You for the words that You have spoken over my life, the prophetic promises, and the life-giving and life-affirming decrees.

Help me to see all things in my life as you see them. Help me hear what You are saying, Holy Spirit, to me and about me, so that I can add my faith with Your words, speak as You speak, and be gloriously free!

I praise You today, my Eternal Father, My Saviour, and my Lord, and I receive!
