“You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you [I have planted you], that you might go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting [that it may remain, abide], so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name [as presenting all that I Am], He may give it to you.” John 15:16 (AMPC)
How wonderful it is to be chosen, special and set apart, especially in a world that can want at times, to push us out, or keep us away. In the midst of rejection, great or small, included or excluded, loved or left, Jesus Himself has picked us up, and chosen us as His very own!
Not only has He specifically chosen you, according to the Father’s good will and pleasure, but He has appointed you to, and for, some very specific things—areas of impact that no one else is called to, or can do!
It may be in your family, community, through your work or ministry, in the very place that He has planted you, He fully intended that you would grow in Him, have all that you need from Him, and flourish! Bearing abundant fruit and changing your part of the world together!
Go forth dear one, in the blessings you have been called to—today and every day. Celebrate. Rejoice. Receive. You are already chosen, called, anointed, equipped, and set apart. Ask for what you need, in the sphere of influence He has placed you in. It is God’s great desire, and full intention through Jesus, to give all that you need, and more!
