Is anyone crying for help? God is listening, ready to rescue you”. Psalm 34:17 (MSG) There can be circumstances in our lives where we feel no matter how hard we try to communicate, we are simply not heard. Heart’s desires go unacknowledged. Silent cries go unnoticed, leaving us feeling unnoticed, too. However, for you, dearest heart, as one in whom God’s heart delights, God Himself is always listening, alert and attentive, to you. In fact, before you even ask—He has already prepared the answers—going ahead of you, moment by moment, and day by day.
He stands at the ready for all you need, completely capable and willing to supply those needs from His riches in glory—in ways that go beyond what your heart could hope for, or imagine. He is far greater and more gloriously grand than we could ever comprehend, and all His ways are just the same! He hears you—in the spoken words and the silent cries—and with strong and mighty angels by His side, He brings the answers, swift and sure. He is the substance of all you need, hope for, dream of, and desire. This is all marvellously true, because God Himself, in the fullness of Who He is, majesty and miracles at hand, is coming to you. Trust Him, beloved, in every area of need—let Him show Himself strong for deeply loved and cared for, you! Prayer: What comfort I take in these words today, Jesus, that as I pray in Your Name, my prayers are heard, and not ignored or discounted, but responded to in the most loving ways. Sometimes, even before I say a word, for You know my hearts cries, and my deepest desires. Come today, Holy Spirit, and pray through me, in accordance with God’s own will. Let His plans for me come to pass; His answers to prayer; His solutions to all that wears me out and weighs me down. Your Word says that Your godly ones receive the answers they seek whenever they cry out to You and I thank You, precious Lord, that it could be so. I pray with thanksgiving, with gratitude, and with hope. In the Name of Jesus, our Messiah, I pray.
