God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good”? Numbers 23:19 (AMPC) Trust in the Lord with all your heart, the Bible says, and lean not on your own understanding—even your understanding of how God is going to do what He promised to do! The only thing you have to remember is that He cannot lie, so everything He has promised, everything He has spoken, will all come true!
Confess your unbelief today if you need to, for even that He understands! Then with the smallest amount of faith you have, you can say, “Yes Lord. Just as you have spoken—I agree! And just as You have promised—I know You will make it so!” Then wait and watch, beloved, for the One Who is Faithful and True. Watch as He shows up and fulfills His unbreakable promises to you! Prayer: So often in my life I have been lied to and even lied about. And lied a time or too myself, but Dearest Lord, You never do. Your words are life and they are true. Forgive me Jesus for any time I have lied or not kept my word, as much as I tried to do, just as I forgive those who have lied to, or about me too. Come today, Precious Holy Spirit, in Your mercy and grace. Cause me to be in alignment with God’s words over my life—with His heart’s intentions—so that everything He has spoken, and all that He desires, will come true! I receive it all Lord, and I thank You.
