But when you pray, go into your [most] private room, and, closing the door, pray to your Father, Who is in secret; and your Father, Who sees in secret, will reward you in the open.  Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him and pray, therefore, like this: Our Father Who is in heaven, hallowed (kept holy) be Your name”. Have you ever asked someone for something over and over and they still do not hear, or having heard, do not respond? You hope and wait and make your requests known, all to no avail. Or maybe you have those deep needs and desires of your heart but are afraid to share them or ask for help? Fearing perhaps that no one will hear or care anyway, so why bother. Sometimes life has a way of teaching us that is all we can expect.
 
Here again your Warrior King Jesus shows up, clothed in righteousness and peace, bringing this powerful truth—your Father Who is in heaven, knows what you need before you even ask! He knows your heart so well, your situation and your circumstance, and He is at work already, with His best plans and purposes in mind. You don’t have to ask, beg, or plead—He knows your every need.
 
You are in His heart always, dear one. Let Him care for you today—truly, deeply, lovingly—as He so longs to do.

Prayer:
 
Thank You Jesus for giving us these beautiful and powerful words to pray—"Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Your Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done. On earth as it is in heaven.”
 
And this is my prayer today too Jesus—Kingdom of God come. Come into every area of my life—my heart—my home. Bring the full manifestation of Your Kingdom rule and reign on earth, even now, as it is in heaven, to the glory of Your Name!
 
Yes Lord, let it all be to the glory of Your Holy Name!​
