Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with hope”! Romans 15:13 (TPT)

Have you ever had those kinds of days that leave you feeling a little down, or maybe even deeply discouraged? Like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, crushed by the cares and concerns you carry in your heart, along with the cares and concerns of others too? Wrapped in robes that are far too heavy for us, we can feel ourselves sinking deeper and deeper into a pit of despair.

Fear not, cherished one, if this is you. Your Victorious King, Jesus, has come in power and might to lift you up and carry you through! God, your God, is the source of all hope and joy. It is His life in you, renewing, restoring, and transforming—inside and out—making all things new. And, beloved, this is not based in any way on what you can do, but rather on what Jesus has already done for you.

Hold the container of your life up to Him today and allow the Precious Holy Spirit to fill it afresh. Imagine, dear heart, what He has planned: a life overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace, all poured out in abundance from the Father's heart of love to lovely, and deeply loved, you!

 Prayer:

Come, Holy Spirit of the Living God, I pray. Fill my life to overflowing with Your goodness, Your glory, and Your grace.

I do know that apart from You, "I can do no good thing," but with You, and in You, all things are possible.

Come and do in my life what only You can do—moulding, shaping, and transforming me to be more like You. Then allow my life to be a vessel through which You can pour.

Let it all be to Your glory, Lord. Let it all be for Your praise.
