“The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.” Exodus 14:14 (AMPC)
Do you ever get battle weary?  Feel like you came into the world fighting and the war has never stopped? Enemies inside and out, challenges beyond what you feel you have the grace to endure.

The Lord knows all of this beloved, for He has been with you every step of the way. He knows your story frontwards and back.  He knows the people who have been for you and those who have been set against.  And yet greater than all of this, bigger than the battle, more powerful than broken promises, is the One Who goes ahead of you as a shield, takes on what, and who, has taken on you, and is determined to bring forth His best—no matter what the mess!

He is your Protector, covering you in His love.  He fights for you in a battle where victory is assured for it is a battle He has already won.

Abide chosen child, and trust.  Let Him do in the midst of the challenge what only He can do, while you lean into the fullness of all that He has in His heart for you. Hold your peace dear heart, while He holds you!
