“If your faith remains strong, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties, you will continue to experience the untold blessings of God! True happiness comes as you pass the test of faith, and receive the glorious crown of life promised to every lover of God!” James 1:12 (TPT)
Our faith can be tried and tested, in good times and in bad, and it is not so much the measure of faith we have, but what we put our faith in! Faith is always at work, whether we believe in the worst that could happen, and what other people say, or whether we believe in the saving power of our Saviour Christ Jesus, the redeeming and restoring love of our Heavenly Father, and the constant care and companionship of the Precious Holy Spirit. Faith works!
If you find your faith well is running low, no worries there—God is not expecting you to pretend or hide what you feel or fear. He would much rather you run to Him, share your heart, concerns, and cares, and let Him impart to you His faith in the glorious future He has planned.
You can take His promises to heart and His words to the bank! In every way He will give you what you need—even the faith you need to believe.
Dearest lover of God, treasured and adored, there are untold blessings from His heart for you to experience, right in the midst of life’s difficulties. Even your mustard seed of faith, placed in the hands of the One you love, will allow you to embrace those blessings and see! Put your crown on beauty, for His is the victory!
I confess to You today that there are times, even now, where my faith seems less than a mustard seed, and yet You have promised, that is all I need.
I want to believe in You, trust in You, and take You at Your word. Come today Jesus I pray, into all those places where my faith wanders and wain, and strengthen me.
Encourage me in Your life today; in all the places where I have grown weary in the waiting; all those places I just cannot see.
You see Holy Spirit. You know everything there is to know and You see God’s best for me.
Come into my life afresh I pray, with the untold blessings of God, just as He has promised. I watch and wait for Your tender mercy and kind compassion. Help me to believe, for all I cannot see. I am so grateful it could be so!
