You will keep perfectly peaceful the one whose mind remains focused on you, because he remains in you”. Isaiah 26:3 (ISV) Lay your head upon His chest today, weary one. Hear the sound of His beating heart, slow and steady. Lean in to the rhythm of His love and feel the calm of His constant care. You can trust it, dear heart, even if every moment of life has taught you otherwise. At last, there is One, the only One, Who is tried, tested, and true, and 100% committed to you!
Remember God’s promise—how He has you, and all that pertains to you, in the palm of His hand. He has a solution for all that you are facing—the fears and the failures—for Jesus, your Way Maker, has already purposed and planned to bring you gloriously through! Now that is peace—not as the world gives peace (temporary and fleeting) but peace that remains as His age-enduring grace gift to you. It is a peace that prevails, bring healing, wholeness, restoration and rest, making you complete and chaos free. Jesus Himself is your Prince of Peace—with you even now—surrounding, loving, watching over, and caring for you. When your mind wanders away to all that is weighty and wearing, lead it gently back to the One Who remains with, and in, you. He stands steadfast and strong, unmoving and unwavering, and He wants you standing secure in that exact same place with Him too! His wrap-around presence will be your guard and shield, allowing you to rest now, trust, and abide. Always at work on your behalf; He cannot fail in anything He sets His heart toward; and His heart is set in steadfast devotion towards you! Prayer: I know Lord that Your Word says to depend on You and to keep at it because with You we have a sure thing. We have life and peace; wholeness and help; peace and protection—and hope—glorious, life-giving, eternal hope! Hope now and hope for all that is to come! You make the crooked place straight; the rough places smooth. Holy One of Israel, I fix my mind on You! Order a peaceful and whole life for me Lord, that is something only You can do! God of my salvation, I look to You.
